Our Commitment At SnoYak, we stand behind the quality and innovation of our patented upright kneeling sit skis. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and confident in your investment.
14-Day Return Policy
You may return your SnoYak within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Equipment must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Custom Orders and Configurations
Custom-configured SnoYaks are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
Please review your configuration carefully before ordering.
We're happy to provide consultation before purchase to ensure proper fit and features.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Report damage or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of packaging as well as product damage.
We'll arrange pickup and replacement at no cost to you
Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at [email/phone] to initiate a return.
2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Pack the product securely in original packaging.
4. Include RMA number and original receipt.
5. Ship to our Maine facility at 232 Paris Hill Rd., Buckfield, ME 04220.
6. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
Exclusions
Used equipment showing signs of wear
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
Items purchased from unauthorized dealers
Demonstration or rental equipment (separate terms apply)
